Down in the valley, you see the next turn. Up on the ridgeline, you see where you've been, where the trail goes and where it gets hard. That's what working on the business means. You step out of the week, look at the whole company from above and choose your line before you drive it. Ridgeline is time set aside to do that, with owners on the same climb.

Working sessions on the business. Each owner brings their numbers and the place where decisions take longest. The group finds the bottleneck in each company, one company at a time, and works out what to do about it. The frame is the one our team uses with clients. Find the bottleneck, fix it first, then find the next one.

Every hard line needs a spotter.
On a steep obstacle, the driver can't see the tires. The spotter can. They stand outside the vehicle and call the line. A small room of owners does the same for each other. Each one sees what the others can't see from the driver's seat, and that includes the bottleneck an owner stops noticing after years of driving around it.
Seats are limited so every owner gets real time in the room.

Ridgeline is run by the True Living team. Our founder, Michael Peluso, owns and operates construction businesses and advised, and held equity in, a residential concrete company that grew more than sevenfold, to three locations. He has hosted masterminds and retreats, and he has spoken on stage at investor masterminds, including the Investor Expo in Las Vegas.

Yes. Ridgeline is for owners of construction and trade contracting companies doing $5M or more a year. Owners in other industries can apply for True Living OS or an Executive Retreat.
Do I need off-road experience?
We'll share what's needed with the dates. The application asks about your off-road experience and your vehicle, so we can plan around you.
Can I bring a partner or a key leader?
Ridgeline is built for owners. If you'd like to bring someone, raise it on the qualifying call.
How is this different from The Rubicon?
Ridgeline is a small group of contractor owners working on their companies together. The Rubicon is four days in Moab's canyon country, built around one company, to reset, see the business from the outside and come back with the vision for the next level.
What does it cost?
We cover the cost on the qualifying call.
