True Living is a small team of people who build and run businesses. We install True Living OS, a simple operating system with AI built in, so established companies and their leadership teams get an easier way to grow.

What we do
We help leadership teams take established companies to the next level of growth.
We work with established companies doing $5M or more a year, and with the CEOs and leadership teams who run them. Most have outgrown the structure that built them. Nobody did anything wrong. The company grew faster than the way it makes decisions, and past a certain size too many of those decisions still route through one seat. Growth slows to match.
True Living OS is the operating system we install for the next stage. Every leader gets clear authority over their area and real-time numbers every week. Finance sees cash, margin and receivables early, every number has an owner, and the CEO's time goes to vision, key relationships and the next big move. Under the hood it's a management ecosystem: clear numbers, clear lanes, a rhythm for decisions, written processes and AI agents that do the gathering and the follow-up. We work through it as a process. Map, Design, Install and Grow, then again each time the bottleneck moves. The method inside it is the TEAM System. Time, Executives, AI and Momentum.
Construction is our featured industry. We also work with established companies outside construction, and the system is built to fit them.

About the Founder
Michael Peluso
Founder, True Living · Investor and entrepreneur
Michael Peluso is the founder of True Living. He grew up in a family of business owners, and today he is an investor and entrepreneur who owns and operates construction businesses.
- Advised, and held equity in, a residential concrete company that grew more than sevenfold, from one subcontractor to six salespeople, an office team, its own building and three locations.
- Worked with an owner whose CFO forecast 10 years before he could step back. With his leadership team running the day-to-day, he stepped back years ahead of that forecast, and later moved into land development.
- Trained athletes for years, and has worked with top-performing national and international athletes and entrepreneurs.
- Nearly two decades in human performance and leadership.
- Has spoken on stage at investor masterminds, including the Investor Expo in Las Vegas in 2021, and has hosted masterminds and retreats across the US, from Disney and the Ozarks to Vermont and Florida.
Michael built the original TEAM method for high performers, around how they manage Time, Energy, Agreements and Money. Running construction businesses showed him the same levers at company scale. A company moves at the speed of its slowest link, and past $5M that link is usually the way decisions are structured, not the people making them. True Living OS draws on both. Today he leads the True Living team and hosts The Rubicon, our Executive Retreat in Moab.
Away from work, Michael lives in Warren County, New Jersey, with his wife and kids. Family, time outdoors and a little adventure are the reasons he does the work. They're also the reasons he wants every owner and every leader to have more time of their own.

Alessandro Amato
Business Development ManagerAlessandro Amato is True Living's Business Development Manager. He spent more than ten years in emergency medicine. He started as an EMT, moved to emergency room technician and then worked as a dispatcher coordinating emergency response. Dispatch is coordination under pressure, which is much of what a busy company's office does all day. He holds a bachelor's degree from Drew University.
Alesha Brady
Founder, Three Summers CreativeAlesha Brady founded Three Summers Creative, a marketing agency, while still in college. She earned her bachelor's degree in communications from The College of New Jersey. She has been starting businesses since she was 16, and at 18 she was managing singers and representing them to major labels such as Island Records. She was named a Brand Builder by Leading Women Entrepreneurs and one of the New Jersey Ad Club's top 30 under 30 communications professionals.
Robbie Law
Managing Director, Mastermind.comRobbie Law is Managing Director at Mastermind.com, the company co-founded by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. He has spent more than 22 years on stage and has spoken at more than 5,000 live events. He has trained hundreds of people on his Presenters Formula, which covers persuasion, influence, public speaking, mindset and sales, and as an entrepreneur he has owned retail stores and flipped more than 30 houses. With True Living, he focuses on speaking and sales. He and Michael both spoke at the Investor Expo in Las Vegas in 2021.
