At this exclusive event you will learn directly from True Living’s Founder Michael Peluso. This weekend is designed to transform your body, mind, and business. Michael trains True Living Facilitators during these events. The content presented here is high level and life-changing. Here’s some of what you will experience:

 

Thursday Evening:  Arrive at our exclusive location and tour the property. Enjoy family-like introductions, great food and games. What would you like to get out of the weekend? If you could have a breakthrough in any area of your life, what would it be? Let’s make it happen and set the intentions!

 

Friday Morning: Michael likes to start the morning off by teaching meditation and advanced breathing techniques. This transformational breathwork will clear your mind and begin directing your attention and focus to the body as we turn to Mindful Motion™, a form of intuitive movement that facilitates the musculoskeletal system’s alignment, organs, and energetic bodies. Next, we’ll enjoy a light breakfast and some down time before circling back in the afternoon!

 

Friday Afternoon: Later on Friday we’ll look at how the 7 Primal Patterns create all human movement. We’ll focus on how to optimize support of your joints through exercise while preventing injury, increasing energy, and providing optimum blood flow to your organs. We’ll also go over how to assess your posture quickly and which corrective stretches you can utilize to balance your body. Here you are able to ask questions specific to your exercise program, goals, and body type. You’ll learn how to eat for your unique metabolic needs and which foods may be harmful with Primal Pattern Dieting. Next it’s dinner time!

 

Friday Evening: After we eat we will begin our Exclusive Inner Circle Experience. The theme for the night is “play”. 

 

Saturday Morning: Good morning! Now it’s time to access the cutting edge of visualization following our Executive Development Formula to create a new future and three-month mission. To get there, you will need to focus on what’s essential. So, what is critical? What do you need to keep in your life? What needs to go? Now take action. Seriously. Breakthrough before breakfast! Next, it’s time to practice Mindful Motion.  After Michael takes us through a specialized two-part exercise that will reveal the actual cause of suffering in any area of your life and how to dissolve it for yourself and others, we’ll look at how the chakras develop and how we can clear blocks that prevent success. This technique alone is worth the price of the retreat. Now that you can create anything you want for your future let’s get specific with a clear goal before eating a light meal.

 

Saturday Afternoon: Okay, now that we know what might hold us back from accomplishing our goals and how to overcome them, let’s move into strategizing our time, health, relationships, and money. We’ll brainstream with the group and come up with a game plan so we can take the most impactful actions in our life and business. After this it’s dinner time!

 

Saturday Evening: Saturday night we will participate in another Secret Inner Circle Experience – This signature experience will forever change your life and the way you view the world and people at large. Heal past trauma and bond with world-class change makers.

 

Sunday Morning: Now it’s time to integrate what you learned into your daily routine. We’ll share any insights and breakthroughs at breakfast and start packing up our things before heading to the beach.

Sunday Afternoon: At last we’ll head out to the beautiful Florida beaches to enjoy a day of relaxation on the sand. We recommend you depart from Orlando Airport to return home and get a good night’s rest!
