Phyllis Ayman is the Ambassador for Conscious Aging Life Management. As a Life Enhancing Coach, she guides people to develop their Wellness Action Plan so they can continue to live as healthfully and gracefully as they possible can. Her proprietary coaching program is based on IMpathy®, a word she trademarked, focusing on the key lifestyle areas that have been identified by the field of Lifestyle Medicine. Ayman is passionate about helping people achieve their highest level of wellbeing, this after having spent over 40,000 hours working in skilled nursing facilities, where she has seen poor health up close, and her personal experience with her father who died suddenly when she was a teenager. Phyllis will help you identify and break unproductive habits and replace them with productive habits so that you choose well to be well.

* CDC results  analyzed by Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health

Between 40-88 million Americans are prediabetic and don’t know it. They continue to make food choices that will likely lead them to become diabetic.

75% of Americans are seriously dehydrated. Dehydration can lead to high blood pressure, falls, weight gain, confusion, tremors, depression, urinary tract infections, sagging skin and reduced workout recovery

Six out of every 10 Americans have at least 1 chronic disease, some of which like Type 2 diabetes may be avoidable.

Real Client Experiences

I met Phyllis as I was being discharged from the hospital. I was admitted with tremors and confusion which they found out was because of dehydration. Phyllis gave me a strategy for drinking more water. I feel so much better. I’ve been following her strategy for drinking water almost to a T. Even people at work notice a big improvement in me. Phyllis, Thank You so much!

I came to Phyllis to help me lose weight because I’ve been working on losing weight for over a year. I needed to change things up because I had reached a plateau. Phyllis helped me focus on what wasn’t working with some of my eating choices and my exercise routine. She was the accountability I was missing in my efforts and gave me the gools to maintain my responsibility. In the short 8 weeks of working with her, I lost 15 pounds. I’m making more informed eating choices and have made simple adjustments to exercising. Phyllis is skilled in counseling and coaching and helping others see what they need to change to help make their situation better
